I'm scared to post my face in the midst of all this wonderfulness. I know you all are nice, but still.

BTW, I am not implying for a second that anyone can/will learn anything from this.

Sorry for the links, I couldn't figure out how to embed the pics. Believe me, I tried.

Excuse the facial hair; my waxer is on vacation.

I used:
Phloof, Entremauve,Pink Pearl, Fuchsia, Pink Opal, Blacktrack, Voluminous Mascara.

PLEASE offer any and all constructive criticism. I need it.
On my way out, I have 2 questions for you all.
1) Why is my eyeshadow so dull? I use bare canvas and beige-ing. The blending process really kills the color. Should I apply more after I blend? Am I blending too much?
2) Could anyone recommend a good blush? I'm NC42, at least that's what my Studio Fix says.

Thanks lovelies

I don't think the shadow looks dull...but you may be overblending a little? Maybe that's washing it out, if you're using a good base....

I think it looks lovely. What is it you don't like? You've got great skin and it looks blended quite well. Your lining is good and your lashes are beautiful.

I don't think your eyeshadow looks dull neither. You should try Urban Decay's Primer Potion to see if it makes a difference.

Your blending looks fine to me. You can apply more color after you blend using the 219 brush to the outer V to make it darker if you prefer.

Thanks, all of you. You made that a pleasant experience. I agree that it's not terrible, but I guess I'd like a little more saturated color sometimes. I have yet to be able to get my color saturated and well blended. I guess I'll just keep practicing. Thanks again.

You're right, and I happen to have a 219.
