Has anyone tried the Elizabeth Arden eyeshadow base? is it any good? I havent been able to find much selection in eyeshadow bases/primers where I am other than this and makeup from Mac. (Richmond, BC) I'm looking for something I can both wear alone and use as a base for when i use loose pigments. So far i'm considering this or either Mac Paint or the Prep&Prime. I've heard a lot of comments saying the Paints are good but what about the Prep&prime? isnt it better for your eyes?
