Coco Pigment on inner lid
Coppering Shadow on middle of lid
Embark on outer lid
Carbon on outer lid/crease
Feline Eye Kohl on upper lid
Graphic Brown on lower lid with Showstopper overtop
Black Plushlash
Sultress Lashes
Anastasia Brow Powder duo in Ash Blonde

If your camera has a "macro" setting try that. I found it made a huge difference in my photos.
