Erno Laszlo acne treatment

I was wondering what other people's experience has been using this? I think the full name is Beta Complex Acne Treatment. It's not in their current line but I think it's the former version of the Total Blemish Treatment. Does it work? I'm able to get it at a really good price but if it doesn't work it's still a waste of money right?
