I've seen people do leopard-ish print eyes, but you're the first tiger I've seen.

Thanks for the info everyone! Here are the products I used:

MAC Amber Lights all over the lid
Maybelline Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner to do the stripes
MAC Cork to fill in the brows
