Eye Recommendations for this Dress?

I am going to a 21st birthday tomorrow night and I have this dress to wear with opaque black tights and red shoes. (So although it's a dainty looking dress I'm trying to give it a mod-ish/retro look)

Does anyone have any suggestions for eye make up?
This is what I have -

Eyeshadow:
Woodwinked
Star Violet
Mythology
Nehru

Pigment:
Rose
Kitchmas
Naked
Teal
Blue Brown
Kelly Green
Golden Olive

Liner:
Prunella
Teddy
Forever Green
Divine Lime glitter liner
Oxidate glitter liner

That's my pic at the side.. I'm NW15, warm brown eyes and auburn hair if that helps!

I LOVE MOD LOOKS

Dramatic eyes, featuring mascara used heavily, producing spiked lashes. Shadow is colored or dark. Skin is pale, often from foundation or powder called "translucent." Lips are pale or glittering, rarely showing dark shades.

Now we must modernize this.

I would say to use NAKED on the browbone
Kitchmas from lashline to crease
Rose in the crease and and outer V of the eye
Lined with Teddy and winged out and go over it with Oxidate and BIG LASHES

OR

If you can get a black eyeliner-
I would say- Use Nehru from lashline to crease
use a black eyeliner and wing it out
then go with a pale lip

I love the sound of them both !! Will try both on with the dress tonight. (I have the Clinique version of Fluidline in black, so can give the second one a try)
