Eye shadow base that covers blue veins?

I use UDPP and my all over base shadow is either Shroom or Bisque. I've applied 3-4 "layers" of Bisque and it doesn't cover the veins. I am NW 15 or 20. Thanks!

get anything yellow or pink based! Perhaps soft ochre paint pot or base light paint....hope that helps!

Painterly paintpot covers everything! and works excellently as a base on it's own.

Second the Soft Ochre and Painterly paintpot. Another suggestion: BeneFit Lemon-Aid. It's marketed as an eyelid neutralizer so it would be perfect for hiding blue veins. And it's very much yellow-based.

you can always use concealor, but if you use too much it'll crease. soft ochre is probably your best plan of action. what kind of brush are you using to apply your eyeshadows? you might try a denser brush to pack the colour on more opaquely, too.

actually, to cancel out blue you want something orange, not yellow. otherwise you can get a greenish cast.

but, like others have said, painterly is a good base for anything. the color is saturated enough that it'll cover anything and can also be worn on its own.

Make Up Store has this concealer called "cover all blue". It has a definite orange shade to it and is designed to neutralize under-eye circles. You can see it here in the cover all mix http://specktra.net/f217/make-up-sto...6/#post1274991 they do also make a separate pod for it.

If you're not opposed to using other eyeshadows besides MAC, I use BeneFit Lemon-Aid along with their eyeshadow Low Profile. The color is identical to Brule but, in my opinion, it covers better.

Now that I think of it...I've always referred to it as being called 'peach' maybe that's what I'm thinking of? Nonetheless you learn something new everyday!

I totally agree. Soft Ochre's not the best idea cuz all the yellow in it will make the blue veins look green. Being that you're an NW15 or 20, You'll do just fine with the Painterly and if you need more coverage than that (which you probably wont), you could use a little concealer under it, as long as its not too yellow.

I think painterly too, it has more coverage than bare study. Soft ochre will make the veins look green.

An alternative to MAC, MUFE do a concealer pallet, i've put the link in for you, but the shade next to the green is a peachy/orange base which will counteract the blue.
