eyebrow waxing at home

I recently started waxing my own brows at home. I have sensitive skin so I use cream wax which is supposed to be good for sensitive skin. Problem is, some of the skin lifted along with my eyebrows!

Is there anything I can do to prevent skin from lifting?

Thanks in advance!

Well,.. I have sensitive eyebrows and I use the Brazilian wax which hardens and doesnt need a canvas strip to pull it off,.. I find that this is much better, faster, and less painful. It just harden around the hairs and seals then into the wax,.no sticky residue is left behind. If you use Retin A you should not wax. Also Gigi makes a skin prep that you can buy at your local Sally's Beauty Supply that should also help.

^ I was going to say something like that. Put also remember that waxing your eyebrows is like waxing your bikini area: Don't do it near or during your period because it will cause a not-so-nice reaction. Trust me I should know.
