eyelash perming

anybody have any experience with this? i'm an AAB and would love to be able to just whisk on mascara and go wo curling, which is a prolonged ordeal w my practically nonexistent lashes. i've read some very positive things about this but wondered what you think. anybody know a place they would personally recommend in manhattan? thanx!

I have my eyelashes permed and I love it! It lasts 2 months! It's the best $35 I've ever spent!

yeah i know i could randomly find a place but i would really rather go upon rec since i know there is potential to fry lashes off or worse. i REALLY want to do it!
