Hi all,
I am looking for a waterproof eyeliner and a waterproof brow pencil. I wanted to ask for some suggestions on what you all like to use, or if you use an eyeliner also as a brow pencil.....I'm at a loss and would like something with great staying power, easy to apply, and can withstand the *hot* summer. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
