Eyeliner?

I need a really, really good kohl eyeliner for lining my waterline. Something that will not smudge or melt off. Every eyeliner I've tried melts off & I get disgusting dark circles under my eyes - not attractice!

My skin is naturally oily, so that might be a factor. Also, it's for prom, and I'll be dancing alot. I live in Texas, so it's bound to be hot. Please take that into consideration!

I'd prefer if it wasn't more than like, $12? But if it's fantastic, then it's okay.

My best suggestion is MUFE's waterproof pearly eye pencils. Don't be put off by the pearl in the name- it's very subtle in most shades and just adds a bit of depth.

Other than that, you might try setting it with a bit of powder shadow in the same color.

Being that your waterline is just that- in contact with your body moisture, and that your body naturally has defences to prevent things from staying in that area for a prolonged period of time, no matter what you use ANY product will not be foolproof and last forever in this location. It's not somewhere really meant to have things on it afterall.

I love MAC's Powerpoint eye pencil.
I have it in 'engraved' and its wonderful.
It doesn't melt off my face like others do.
I have oily skin as well.

Blacktrack fluidline stays on a really long time, only problem? If I use it, the brushes make my eyes tear up, and then they get red and the whole look is ruined anyway. Boo.

I might try dipping my Engraved powerpoint into the blacktrack, and using that to apply it to my waterline. My eye doesn't fuss about pencils on the waterline, just brushes.

Fluidlines or MAC Powerpoints, definitely not kohl eye pencils if you have oily skin.

Or MUF's cake eyeliner.
