These are the main stuff I used:
Bitter es, Plumage es, Knight Divine es, Painterly pp, Your Ladyship pigment
Prime lids with Painterly pp, then sweep Bitter on lids with 239 brush. Dab and Blend outer corner and crease with Plumage. Darken the look with some Knight Divine on the very outer corner. I used Engraved Powerpoint and Orpheus Eye Pencil for this look. Highlight with Your Ladyship pg.
Oh, I also used Fascinating Eye Kohl to draw the waterline to make the eyes pop. For lips, I used Tendertone in Thread Gently.
