Eyeshadow finishes and brushes

Ive been looking for specific threads on this subject but Ive only seen posts throughout random topics but do you use certain brushes for different finishes? I know Matte tends to be the one that people use special brushes (denser?) but Im wondering if there are other finishes you need certain brushes for.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I use specific brushes for specific parts of my eye. like on the lid i would use the 213, crease 224 or 217 etc..

I don't use specific brushes for specific textures.

exactly what nunu said. the brushes being used aren't based on the finish of the shadow. the brushes being used are determined on what part of the eye you're using them on and what result you're looking for. if you want softer color, use a softer brush. if you want intense color, use a more dense brush.

since lustre finishes are the hardest to apply, many suggest using synthetic brushes like the 242 instead of 239 for example.. it helps alot in reducing fallouts =)
