Eyeshadow recommendations, please!++

I have a few things to exchange and I am not sure what to get. I was considering Quarry, but the feedback I have gotten about it on here has not been very good. Please recommend some great shadows! (I am NC30/light olive skin/dark brown hair and light brown eyes).

are you looking for ES or blush? Not too clear, but I like Quarry, but I prefere Shale... imo. If you would state what you are looking for, maybe some of us can help with suggestions

I assume you are looking for plummy colors (which will make your light brown eyes really pop) in MAC:

My preferences in these are: Shale, Shadowy LAdy, Fig and Stars n Rockets

Quarry is definiately not one of my favorite eyeshadows, either is malt which imo looks exactly like quarry.

Thanks for the suggestions! I wish I could find Magnetic Fields. I was considering All That Glitters (or maybe Jest), but I already have Naked Lunch which is probably too similar.
