Facial exercising/toning devices (Cleo etc)

Hi,

Does anyone use, or have a good knowledge of, facial exercising and toning machines/devices? I've been looking around to see if there's anything that can help to rescue my face from heading south! Ideally it would also help to diminish the slight facial lines I'm developng and the horrendous puffiness/bags/shadows under my eyes that seem to get worse by the day

I had a Cleo II, but I lost it in our house move (stupid, I know!), before I really had time to use it for long enough to evaluate its efficacy, and I don't want to blow another £400 on another one if it's not really going to work, or if there are cheaper alternatives.

I'd be very grateful for any advice
