Fake Dame Edna Beauty Powder?

I'm looking for What A Dame! and came across this. It doesn't have a signature or overspray and has an unknown name "Delicacy". Was D.E. in so much demand that they made fakes of it? I've seen the MM fakes but not other LEs like VV faked (so far). Could this be one of those test runs like they do with lipsticks sometimes?

I've seen this post on eBay. I think it's a fake. I have both What A Dame and Spectacle powders from the collection. I never heard of this name before.
