Fake Prose & Fancy?

Can someone let me know if this is real?
The color looks a little dim but it might be the lighting the lid flipping all the way back is what makes me suspicious:

If you look at the shadow the base and lid make on the desk, it's clear that the lid isn't flipped back fully. Looks genuine to me.

i just checked with one of mine. it flips back that much! it looks real to me.

yep, looks like mine, and mine's directly from MAC.
