I'm doing a casual Commander Shepard from Mass Effect for Halloween. I decided to keep the makeup simple and do an eye in the N7 colors of black, white, and red.

Cool! I don't think I'll ever be able to be that precise with eyeliner

I got lucky. Eyeliner is my weakness. However, by using liquid liners, you can easily go back and touch up either color once it dries.
