Hi, sorry for not answering before, hopefully you'll see this..
Well, the colour placement:
Forever Green as a base on the lid (Golden Olive looks great on it).
New Coconut to contour the crease and also as a base.
Golden Olive all over the lid.
Plum Dressing on the crease, Sketch on it to deepen it in the lowest parts of the crease.
Expensive Pink on the limits of the purples to soften it.
Shroom to highlight on the brow bown& the inner corner of the eye.
Carbon as an eyeliner and lining the waterline.
