i just got one through the canadian 1-800 # (and it was on the canadian website) with no problems unless it's been d/c in the past 2 weeks.

On www.maccosmetics.com site it has the black triangle of death,.. it was LE with the Diana Ross Icon collection I think, but am not real sure. I just got mine about two weeks ago off the site and I love it.
