It's a garter, like the ones a bride would wear on her leg. I guess it's just what kids are doing nowadays as another accessory other than the boutonnière but I really like the look so I decided to do it this year. I live in Sacramento, but I'm originally from the Bay Area and most guys wear it, but I havn't seen any other areas do it.. but who knows!

I went to Elk Grove High and graduated from there in '04. I went to summer school at Sheldon the summer before sophomore year and it was hella fun! LOL

I got the blue dress at a store called Cache. They have a website. The dress was originally $216 or something, but since my mom subscribes to their catalog, they send her a lot of coupons... One which was 50% off, sooo I got the dress for about $115
