I don't apply them wet - but I apply them over a base.
first I'll put on some UD primer potion, then blue peep fluidline.
I rely heavily on the 213 brushes for packing on the colour on the lids.
I also used 224 in my crease, a brush like the 219 but a little bit thicker in my "defined crease area" and the 217 to blend it all together.
I used the 212 flat definer with blue peep on my waterline and the 263 (I think) for the top liner - but usually I would reach for the 212 again!

I hope this helps a bit - I suck at explaining stuff!

I think the Blitz & Glitz looks awesome with the rest of the eye--it goes along with the shimmeriness of the White Gold pigment. I didn't even notice the shimmer until I read that you used Blitz & Glitz--I had to scroll back up and look again! Great job.
