I did this look after I did my first south asian wedding in september because I adored the makeup I did on the bride so much, and was like, "I can pull that off!" only I had to put my own spin on it with brighter liners. Here are a couple of photos of the bride for comparison:
So, I love those colours and thought i could rock them... i decided to take up the drama a few notches and bring the colour up closer to the brow bone... so i basically ended up looking like a drag queen, but i still love the colours! anyway, here's me!
not attractive, but showed the dark crease contrast to the lid:
constipated face!:
flash!:
peculiar faces:
bad side:
close-ups(my royal wink was drying out and thus the skippy liner =( ):
FACE:
EM foundation in fair neutral
EM concealer in intensive fair
MAC Fleurry blush
EYES:
UDPP
MAC Rubenesque Paint Pot as base
MAC Motif e/s on inner corner and as brow highlight
MAC Pink Bronze pig on inner lid, below motif on brow bone
MAC Bright Fuchsia pig on outter lid, above crease
MAC Grape pig in crease
All applied with a brush wet with fix+... god. this stuff STAYS in place for real if you apply it this way. the only drawback is closing your eyes if you don't have tight skin, it looks like you're stretching your skin out
MAC Royal Wink f/l winged on upper lid
MAC Blue Peep f/l on lower waterline
Quo Lashes#802 lashes
MAC Blacktrack f/l thinly on upper lashline to disguise seam between lashes and lid
Lancome Hypnose mascara
Lips:
MAC Pink Poodle l/s
MAC Sweetness l/g
