I used Jewel Blue, Azreal Pigment, and Mylar...

Opinions wanted.

Did I do an ok blending job? What do you guys think? (please excuse my bare lips and lack of foundation/blush in one of the pics

)

I've been fooling around with blending and trying color placement forever but I feel like I'm not getting it right! Any help is always appreciated!

I think it would be best if the colour was a bit less heavy towards the top part of your crease. I'm not sure about blending since your eyes are open. Otherwise, great job.

lighter in the crease and darker on the lid you think?? Or should I use a different color for the crease

I used jewel blue in the crease and sorta window wiped it in and than applied azreal to the lid and over jewel blue.

I'm just terrible and picking colors that go well with each other

I stock to the basics of what I know will go together for sure!

Oh no, lighter on the lid and darker in the crease. You can do it either way, but the way you have the colours applied is fine. I just think maybe your hand was a bit heavy in the crease, but your choice how you want to wear it.

There are so many combinations that look great. I find blues like that can be really nice with golds and browns.

aha! gotcha! Ok! I think jewel blue is just one of those nutty colors that tends to be heavy when applied. I normally apply crease first, lid second, and high brow last.

How bout you?

I'm terrible at blending with different colors or even color placement. Seems they all run together

If I used gold with blue I'd end up with green or something! But I'm slowly learning

I guess it is. Sometimes it's just a fluke with one of them or it could be the finish.

I always do my lid, then highlight then crease.

Aww. There are some awesome blending tips on here. Keep practicing!
