Agree with juicyaddict on the stick and dual... I am a C/NC35 and I'm 040, you may be one shade lighter than I, I think that would be O20.

Shiseido is a japanese company so their products will most flatter people with yellow undertones. I don't think any of their foundations give full coverage. The most is meduim.
