so i haven't posted in a million years, but i'm back!

...and i have a question about freelancing in a spa. so i had an interview today, and was offered a job as a bridal make-up artist in an upscale busy spa. they asked me how much i charge, and how much i want to make. what am i supposed to say?! i have no idea. i've only ever freelanced in a retail setting... how much do you charge for freelance bridal make-up in a spa? hourly? per application?

I think per application is the best way to go. It's what I've seen and that way the clients won't feel like you're BSing for time to get paid more you know?

As for the per application fee it really depends on your surrounding competition and area. It might be a good idea to call around and get some quotes from other places. $75-125?
