Very pretty look.
My best guess would be..
Inner Corner:
a shadow that matches your skin tone with a touch of shimmer
Lid:
looks like a bit of Satin Taupe
Lower lash line:
a dark brown, Espresso maybe?
Liner:
a liquid/gel liner for the top lashes
smudged out kohl for the lower
Lashes:
flirty fringe ..4's? 33's?

my 2 cents:
shadows: ricepaper on inner 1/3rd of lid and on highlight, brun on outer 2/3rds of the lid, texture in the crease. for under the eye: brun & satin taupe overlayed, smudged into black liner.
liner: blacktrack fluidline slightly winged on top, slightly smudged on bottom
fake lashes
cheeks: "eversun" mac beauty powder blush
lips: creme d'nude
