Amen, sister. thats a big reason I don't go to clubs.

That, and being groped, and feeling like you're behind the glass at a butcher's shop.

Make sure you get to the MAC Pro Store in the Forum Shops at Caesar's if you're MAC obsessed now. :p

For shows- Phantom is amazing, Beatles' LOVE, and KA are both awesome as well.

Not much of a club person, so I cant really help there, but the expensive stores like Gucci, Jimmy Choo, etc. are at the Forum Shops. Good shopping at Fashion Show Mall, and Town Square which is just down the strip- about a mile past Mandalay Bay. The Premium Outlets on Charleston always have great deals, too, if you catch them at the right time- I once got $700 of DIESEL clothes for $30. THIRTY DOLLARS! lol I was excited. Plus Kate Spade is having good deals right now, and there is even a Dolce & Gabbana outlet store! Some newly added stores, Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy, True Religion...there are others too, but I'm drawing a blank. PM me if you have any questions.. if I can't answer them, I have friends who have lived their whole lives here. :p

OH! Food. There are TONS of places to eat- most of which are amazing. Breakfast BUffet at the Bellagio is yum- and HUGE! There were things on that buffet I'd never heard of. It was $25.

Burgers at La Burger Brasserie in Paris are totally delish- I recommend the Le Paris one.. it has caramelized onions and brie! mmmm

There is also a café at Paris called JJ's Boulangerie that has great sandwiches, I think it costs maybe $10 for sandwich, pasta salad, and drink.

If you like pastries- which I happen to love.. check out Lenôtre at Paris.. so delish, most of them cost about $5.

Off strip, there is Memphis Championship Barbeque, which is yummy, In-n-out, which has the best fast food burgers ever (get your fries light well or they'll be mushy) and is cheap, Firefly is AWESOME for Tapas, so is Cafe Baba Reeba which is on strip- part of Fashion Show Mall. I hear Marrakech is good- if you like Moroccan.

OMG OMG...thank you soooooo much for all this information!! I will be a sponge with all this new knowledge!!

Lol...oh well..so I might check out the outlet mall again and CCO..I can't wait to go to the PRO store...first time going to one!! So excited!!!! I've been trying to plan this trip out alot more this time around so I can get as much done as possible...haha...I just feel like I didn't get as much done as I wanted to do the first time around as we were in a larger group and kinda did what everyone else wanted to do...so this time on my list so far is:

(No particular order)

-See a Cirque Du Soleil show
-Freemont street (didn't get there last time)
-Go to the top of paris ..and stratosphere...or one or the other??(which one is better for those that have been to both)
-Go on some rides..definitely going on New York, New York roller coaster...I highly doubt I would go on the stratusphere rides...they look sooo damn scary!! lol...Does anyone know how the rides are at circus, circus??
-Mac pro store!! (of course)
-fun restaurants!! Definitely checking out one of those burger places!!! (Thanks girls!!)
-Try in and out..cause we don't have those in Canada

hmm.....what else??

-Any of the CDS shows.
-If you like thai food, go to Lotus of Siam. It's off the strip on E Sahara and you'll need to take a cab. It's the best thai restaurant in the world outside of Thailand and has won so many awards. It's not fancy but the food is amazing. They are open for lunch and dinner and it's inexpensive. We go to Vegas just to eat here everyday (seriously).
-For high end dining $$$$, I would go to Michael Mina or Prime Steakhouse, both of which are in the Bellagio. They are beautiful and very nice. I'd also suggest Nob Hill which is another Michael Mina establishment (but not the flagship rest like MM) and is located in MGM. It's really nice but a little less pricey than the other two I just listed. Still just as good, IMHO.
-You MUST go to the Bouchard bakery in the Venetian. It's kind of hard to find and is very small. You will need a map of the casino or you'll need to ask around. Go there for breakfast. You must get their cream cheese danish pastry. It's one of the best things I have ever eaten. We always get a dozen or two and bring them home on the flight with us to share with family and friends.
-MAC Pro, of course.

Those are my favs but of course there are a million other fun activities to partake in or places to go! Vegas is awesome. Have fun!!

it was pleasant while I was there, although a sweater is needed. And I wore pants the whole time. we are expecting a storm in south west however, and a few weeks ago it was snowing in Vegas, Pack warm.

the last coupla of days have been high 60's so if you're used to cold, it'll feel nice. bring a light jacket- as it DOES get chilly at night. you'll likely want to wear pants. Most of the time I'm fine in jeans and a tshirt, and I have thin Las Vegas blood now. :p (50° F feels like the frigid winter of MI now)
