Eyes: Shroom or White Frost e/s as highlighter, Wedge e/s in crease, Black Tied or Carbon e/s winged out for drama. False lashes. Eyes lined with MAC eye kohl.

Cheeks: A tiny tiny bit of Pinch O'Peach Blush

Lips: Spice l/l all over lips with clear Lipglass

Do you think that girls with small eyes shouldn't use this eye makeup?Is eye kohl used both on upper and lower lashes?

I have small eyes too, so for this look, concentrate on the upper lids going out, like a cat-eye. Don't line all around the eye or else it 'closes' it. For the lower eye along the lashline, take some Carbon e/s and lightly drag it from the outer corner of the eye down. Just a TINY bit should do for a slight smokey look that supports the upper part of the eye. Remember, you want sexy Angelina eyes, not panda. You can also line the inner waterline with MAC Fascinating eye kohl (white) for a brighter, bigger eye. Save the black eye kohl for the upper lashline, and smoke it up and out for the cat eye. Curl lashes and add lots of mascara (I LOVE MAC Fiber Rich mascara) or add some falsies for impact.
