You need some volume and highlights.
It might be a good idea to cut your hair off up to the clavicle,
go for a nice stair cut, your coiffeur will give you some advices.
Make sure your hair will fall feathery in your face, this will give volume!
Well, what about bangs? Symmetric bangs will work good with your face.
It depends on what haircolor you prefer.
If you like blonde set some honey-blonde and light-blonde highlights,
this may look fresh. If you like brown more, go for a warm
chocolate-brown, but I guess the blonde would be better on you.
What about this? (Would be better looking, if the
stairs would start in the amount of the chin.)

ud look good with sandy blonde hair and pale blonde highlights with a nice layered cut.

but since you do have a bit of a wide forehead wispy long sidebangs would look really great on you! I think a sandy blonde with light blonde highlights would be really amazing with your skintone && eyes!
