Haircut -- yay or nay on this style?

So I have some irreparable damage to my hair from bleaching and inexperienced hairdresser incident (ugh). I have gone back to close to my natural darker color and have had quite a bit of length cut off. However, I have come to the conclusion that more length needs to go, and I am probably going to be better off 'disgusing' the remaining damage with a more layered look, rather than the current one length cut I have now that screams "dry damaged hair"

Here is one style I've chosen...what do you think...does it work for me?

Thanks!

Is our hair fine in texture? (I cant really tell by the before picture)
If so I wouldn't get that cut, it will make your hair too wispy.
I'd suggest something more of a bob shape with blunter edges as it will make your hair look fuller and healtier.
Think Katie Holmes before she had it cut really short.

definantly more of a bob. growing out layers is a pain in the butt too. you should have them thin your hair too (unless its already thin) that way you dont have a ton of blunt hair.

Personally..I think you should do a bob with added layers on top to volumize your hair; side bangs would look great and the hair color looks good on you too! Your hair looks too fine for a flippy cut like that
