Hard Candy Eyeshadows?

Does anyone know if these are any good? I heard they are owned by Urban Decay and I always play around with them inside Sephora. Their palettes are a lot cheaper than anything else in Sephora but I don't want to buy without knowing if they are good..

i used to have a few e/s from them in high school when the brand was super popular... they were okay. i'm almost 99% sure that sephora does not carry them anymore. if i remember correctly they were on sale on the website some time ago.
