She had a brow lift. Which is why she looks surprised --- even older ladies end up with the "OH!" look sometimes, and she was way too young to have anything that was even liftable in the brow area.

It's truly sad that girls that are only 23 years old feel the need to put themselves through this. By the time she is 40 she is going to have been nipped and tucked so many times there will be nothing left!! This was even the 2nd time she had done her nose and boobs! Yikes...she needs some self esteem!!

Orange County is full of women who look just like she does now. And she'll probaly never realize how fake she looks because thats the look they freaking all have. They'll be 32 and look 42 because they start to mess with their faces in their twenties just to get rid of normal fine lines and it just never ends from there.

Why get ur ears pinned back when u always wear ur hair down covering them? 23 yr olds do not need lipo, they need to eat healthy/workout. She probaly couldve just lost like 7lbs + toned up a bit, and she wouldve looked the same around her waist and thighs as she does in the after photo.

Personally I can totally understand a younger person getting lipo. You can NOT spot reduce fat by diet and exercise. I could weigh 80 pounds and would still carry weight around my hips and thighs. Thanks mom! lol.

I just hope she's happy with the way she looks, she awfully young to be doing much more to her face. Before she knows it she will be sporting a Michael Jackson esque nose.

My father was just talking about this- looks like everyone agrees this is not an improvement at all.

I wonder if that husband of hers pushed her to do it. He apparently pressured her into getting her first two plastic surgeries (the first boob job and the nose job). Maybe she's doing it for attention? She should be doing something good, like helping those in Haiti, not getting surgery.


She looks like Kim Vo now.

Yes, the boobs are extreme - and so is the brow lift. But I think everything else looks nice - her nose, her chin especially. And they sculpted her body nicely with the lipo. Sure, she looks like a typical porn star blonde, but I think in a year or so when the plumpers/filler/botox calm down, it won't be as robotic looking.

And she stops there of course, otherwise we'll have another Jocelyn Wildenstein on our hands!

I wonder how spencer thinks about this. He says he supported her surgery, but if she keeps doing this he is going to leave..unless he likes her new look truthfully..
and plastic surgery doesn't effect your dna, so don't be surprised Heidi if your baby someday pops out looking like the old you.

i just watched her funny or die campaign and i wont lie i thought she was funny but looking at her??
i totally agree that she looks man-ish now. she got that jaw sawed down and to me it made it more squared off like really paul bunyan-y lol! she's got a superman jaw now. and her boobs look so out of place on her. especially considering she got lipo and was already skinny before that. i personally always thought heidi had a cute figure. she was skinny but she had a figure to her and now the boobs take away from that. she looks like shes about to topple over.
