Help a curly head out with a haircut!!

Hey everyone. I want to get my hair cut, but find that I can never get the cutest styles because my hair is so freaking curly and thick. Here is a picture of what it's like (on a good day at that!). It is a little longer. Any style suggestions?

Usually it is a dry, huge frizz fest.

My hair is similar but a little less thick. Heres an idea to work with the curl. Apply some kind of curl enhancer to damp hair and let it air dry then go over pieces with a curling iron to make smoother curls. I would suggest a large barrel iron like 1 1/4 inch+. That would make for more polished curls.

Your hair is so pretty.. mine is curly too but not as thick as yours.. I am not sure about hairstyling, but you might want to try "Cynthia Sylvia Stout" from LUSH. It adds weight to your hair that it helps your hair to flatten a little.. maybe then you can cut your hair like Ashley Olsen
