Help finding a pic

I saw a picture somewhere where a girl did some color swatches on her hand trying to figure out what color combinations to get Parrot eye shadow. She used Sea Me, Blue peep, steamy, and some other ones to see what looked best. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and what the link is?

Diva Down is a lot closer when applied then it appears there, it looks darker in the pot than when used.
