Help!!How does this work

Ok so maybe I'm just a big idiot but does everyone just post threads of what they are selling and swapping?Or is it like makeup alley and I just cant find a search thingy to find what Im looking for?or a place to list what i have to swap, And is everyone one only selling, cuz thats all I see and I would like to swap?
Please someone help my dingy ass out

You list your items here in the thread and just put at the top that you only want to swap =) , You can sale and swap here so some people are up for it =) list your other sites so they can see tokens you have earned to give you credibility=) Pictures always help too .
