Help! Ideas for new hair cut and color.

I have a appointment on the 20th of December to have my hair colored and cut but I'm not sure how.
At the moment I have medium lenght hair with grown out layers and it's highlighted blonde.
I think I want to incorporate some kind of red shade mixed in with the blonde but I'm not sure it would work.
As for style I have no clue at all what to go for as it's been the same for quite a bit now.

My mom has had this done before. Just tell them you want a few red highlights. I actually looks really good. My mom did it and they put a brown as the under layer. Looks very nice.

Hard to say about the style because you have those layers. Maybe just grow them out and then pick a different style.
