Help! Make-up Suggestions?

Hii everyone! I have a semiformal dancee at my college this coming saturday night (april 25). the theme of the dance is jai ho. this is my dress Dresses for Women: Dresses | Bright Stripes Strapless | The Limited ! my skin color is nc40/nc42 and i have black hair and brown eyes.

I was wondering what kind of suggestions you had for make-up whether it's eyes/cheeks/lips!? I wasn't sure where to go with this. I was thinking bronze eyes! But I'm lost! sooo Any suggestions or tips would be helpful!! thank youuu!!!!! =]

Since it has lots of fun colors i would do a light eye with a black winged liner and a bright lip maybe like the bright pink stripe in the dress. beet lipliner with some gloss. Then do bronzy skin.
