Jest, that's the most natural color ever and it looks great on anyone!
and for the second, try a green. Metamorph isn't available in palletteform, but you can depot it, and if you don't want to you can try juxt or sprout

on green eyes purples are nice and on blue i love orange tones like jest or paradisco

but my fav way to pair white frost is with silvers and grays like electra and greystone

paridisco is gorgeous.
cremme de violet
copperring
swish or sushi flower
steamy or swimming

If you put pink on your eyes will be more blue. If you put brownish tones they will be more green.
and tones of your eye color will enhance their color.

i also have fair skin and greenish blue eyes. more green than blue. and i use these colors.

I suggest my fav combo of the moment, expensive pink, coppering, antiqued & honey lust. My eyes are blue/green, more to the green side and nothing makes them stand out like this! If anything you NEED expensive pink!! I'm NC15
