Help me! I need a new style...

Okay, so I've been growing my hair out since April. This is what it used to look like:

And this is what it looks like now:

The back:

It's at that funky in between stage, and it's driving me NUTS! The longest pieces are past my chin, the longest pieces in the back come to the top of my ear. My bangs are so long, that I have to pin them back, lest I look like I have a mop on my head.

Any suggestions? I've been contemplating extensions, but it's soooo expensive.

i personally think the bangs really suit you...how about highlights?

I like the short hair on you. I think the (Posh Spice, victoria beckam) look would look nice on you.

You can also do that piecy look as well & add some highlights to frame your face.
