Help! Recreate her look!

I saw this picture in a recent ASOS newsletter and I LOVE the lip colour and cheeks! If you can help me identify this whole look (eyes, lips, cheeks), I would be incredibly grateful!

For reference, I'm about a NC35-37.

i would probably put pink swoon on her cheeks rather than dollymix.. depending on how dark and bright you want her cheeks to be.
