Help Uploading Pictures!

Every time I try to post pictures, I'm asked for a url but I don't have that as my pics are on my computer. So then I try to attach them and they exceed the file size. How do I make them smaller? I just posted a new thread in the Clearance bin too that I wanted to put pictures in and I'm super bummed I couldn't put them in. Help!

You'll have to use a photo editing program to reduce the size of the images, then they should attach.

or you need to upload your pics to a photo hosting site like photobucket / flickr then you will be able to post them with the url.. this will help:
