Help with Technakohl

Ok, so I was playin around with my photogravure and the bottom cylindrical part of the liner packaging got stuck in the cap - (I was trying to use the liner like a pen where i would take the cap off and stick it on the opposite end, but it obviously did not end up well...) now i can neither get the part out nor recap my technakohl, has anyone else had this experience?

Omg, this happened with a cremestick liner I had. It constantly got stuck in the cap, and I would pull it out with tweezers. But I would keep putting the lid on the end and one day, I just couldn't get it out and it dried up. The only thing I can suggest it running the lid under hot water and trying to pry it out with tweezers. Worked for me when it happened (except that once lol

) I don't know what to suggest otherwise.
