Help with this look????

I'd love it if anyone could explain how to replicate this look, eyes and lips. I've been in love with it since the video came out. Thanks!!

Ok....just a wild guess. For the eyes it looks like Bisque on the lid and Coquette in the crease. She's wearing white eyeliner on the waterline. Black eyeliner at the top and bottom lash line and false lashes on each.

you could also use fulfilled plushglass for the lips
