Hi everyone, um...I'm so new around here but anyway.. okay so I asked for an application for nars pro discount... and they did sent me one, but I could not open it, for some reason it's truncated in my computer's mail. I already tried at work also, but again.. didn't work sooo my question is did anyone had this problem before?? can you help me please!!!

It's a Nars application , I can only see the regulations but on the application can't see anything????? ughhh
