high light powder

might be a dumb question but.....
what is high light powder used for? and how do you wear it? is it something applied over the whole face or just to areas like cheek bones and/or t-zone?

You apply it to areas like cheekbones and t-zone

^^ and it just gives you a natural glow look? i normally use bronzer over my foundation for that..... which is better (in your opinion)?
