Hey y'all, homecoming is coming up this saturday.
My dress is a dark navy color. I'm wondering if any of you could give me suggestions as to which colors to wear on my eyes. I'm an NW20 with light blonde hair and blue eyes. I'm wanting to get out of my neutral rut! Also, lips to go with the eyes would be appreciated. Thanks for any help in advance!!
