i was thinking of using digit on the whole inner lid, upper and bottom, then using mystical mist on the whole lid, but im not sure?
any suggestions?
how can i achieve this look on the eyes?

Well there is def false lashes top and bottom and white liner. It's kind of hard to tell from the pic but I'd say Parfait amour and Violet pigment would give the right intensity of the purples. I suspect you'll also need a good base to get the colour vibrant too. Maybe overcast shadestick ?
The lashes look like Mac no 7's to me....

All I have to say is holy crap, that's awesome!
Mauvism paint or Gracious Me! shadestick would be good bases.

If you take a closer look, white liner isnt only on the waterline but underneath also... the lashes are set way farther down than they should be. Im not sure if you noticed i didnt the first time i looked at it. HTH!
