how can i get this makeup style....

i'm in love with this pretty makeup in this picture...

i'm not all that good with doing eyeliner at all...but does anyone have any tips about this look...how you think it can be achieved?

IMO it looks like she's just got some heavy eyeliner (Try Blacktrack fluidline or smolder eye kohl) and some mascara. Maybe some shroom to highlight the brow and soba on the lid. For the lips I'm guessing prrr or underage l/g. HTH!
