How can I keep my Feline Power Pencil from smearing

As the day wounds down my eye line pencil begins to smear, how can I keep it from running and stay put longer.

I dont think I'm the only one that does this, but I apply Urban Decay's Primer Potion on the bottom lashline, just a bit .. does the trick.
Or you can apply some black e/s over it, such as Mac's Suspicion or Black Tied (just a bit, not much).

Yup I apply UDPP on the bottom lash line and it helps.

i haven't had a problem with feline smearing on me...but i'd say add a little black eyeshadow over it, like red suggested.

feline doesn't smear on me either, what i suggest you to do is add urban decay's primer potion on the lower lid then line it thinly with a black eyeshadow.
